After a week off from lessons, Julian so happens to catch a virus and has loose BMs so no swim for 48 hours. Wednesday comes around and we are ready to jump in the pool... but what happens? Lightening strikes in the distance. Poor Julian has to be dragged out of the pool. Finally Thursday afternoon is his first day back and it was an awesome lesson. He kept smiling and was loving being in the water. He showed off to his instructor that he retained his swimming skills, floating skills, flipbacks and wall work. Of course his instructor threw a unexpected "fall backwards into the pool" stunt and Julian was NOT digging that. But as trained, he floated to the surface, face up and waited for our cue to swim to the wall. Yay for my son. Final lesson will be coming sooner than expected!
